“Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

The front desk receptionist who was also Asian like us had a terrible attitude and was lazy and did not even greet us. However, she was very friendly to white American travelers. We speak perfect English but we felt we were ignored and were not explained about how to enjoy the facility well because we came from Japan.
