“our room was very spacious. small fridge needs a freezer as well. for ice packs for travel back home. needs a ceiling fan. but, all in all it was a very nice place to stay.”

“The staff were exceptional. Belinda at checkin was awesome. Cee cee at the bar was a great host and great bartender. We did have two meals there and they were good also!!! When I visit Petersburg again I will definitely be staying there. 3 bars and a restaurant. The soap in the room smelled fragrant.”

“We stayed at Ragland on the return leg of a two week road trip from NY to southern Florida. It was such a welcoming and cozy experience. We arrived late because of traffic and Claudia met us at the door, showed us around and led us to our room. First of all, it’s huge. After staying in small rooms for two weeks this was so nice. “The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the a/c in my first assigned room did not work and I was moved to a different room on a different floor. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience, and no offer of assistance in moving my things. Staff was only minimally helpful and offered just minimal accommodation and courtesy, a real difference from a different chain in a different city on the first leg of my trip. “The staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was small but well stocked.”

“They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace.”

“Well I paid for the room then the receptionist said that I couldn’t get the room I called Expedia and they tried to fix the problem and then I was told to call management for Woodspring and the receptionist couldn’t even do that I had to get a room at another hotel they took my money and never refunded me”

“The room is very clean, I am very impressed by that, the sofa was a lil wrinkled but it’s fine. Staff was ok, it was late but everything worked out just fine. I’ll definitely recommend. Never had breakfast there as I was too busy so I can’t comment about it but my stag was well spent. The air conditioning was perfect”

“A restaurant and bar was part of the facility, but the menu was limited and breakfast was NOT included. A surprise was the $10/vehicle/day parking charge. This for a hotel with nothing but space all around it. Since we were using this for a meet up - we got to pay $20 for parking for one room! Another Marriott in the same town was $30 more, but included breakfast and FREE parking. We will NOT be staying at Delta Hotels again!”

“The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom.”
