“Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht.”

“Silenzio,buon cibo e struttura nuova e ben organizzata. E il personale è gentilissimo. Non è comodissimo da raggiungere ma una volta arrivati si può solo essere soddisfatti. Notevolevil panorama dalla terrazza ristorante. ”

“Alles tip top, Verständigung gar kein Problem, Frühstück super, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer ist top, wirkte sehr sauber allerdings war es an einigen Stellen echt ekelig schmutzig (neben der couch an der wand, darunter, unter sitzbank im flur) und die Kaffeemaschine kann man nicht nutzen da der Wasserbehälter scheinbar nie geleert und gereinigt wurde, riecht wie ein Tümpel.. ”

“Das Familienzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Skipisten sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles super. ”

“Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel.
