“Bei der Ankunft konnte das anwesende Personal keine Fragen beantworten, da angeblich nur als Kelner tätig ist. Bei der Abreise durch Zufall unter Schlafbett geschaut, es wurde wahrscheinlich lange nicht sauber gemacht worden. ”

“Das Hotel ist einfach super. Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Service leitet den Tag ein. Sehr gut war der eingedeckt Tisch an meinem Geburtstag. Ein tolles kleines Geschenk bereitete mir viel Freude. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert wäre eine Tee- und Kaffeestation auf dem Zimmr, das ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist. Auch das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken ist sehr gut ausgestattet.”

“Modern property.Very helpful staff. We had some personal problems that they helped us resolve. We were in a junior suite with lots of room and a double sink in the bathroom. A pleasant view over the Elbe. Dinner service was excellent with a large reasonably priced menu. One can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Elbe from the hotel.”

“A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building.”

“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. I read this in one of the reviews but didn't believe it. This property should be dropped by Expedia and not recommended to the visitors. There are many beautiful...
