“This bed and breakfast is beautifully decorated and updated. The owners, Melinda and Cary, are two of the nicest and most accommodating people you will ever meet. Great amenities. Easy access to downtown Paducah. Five Stars!”

“Wish we could have stayed a week!”

“We stayed in the annex. This would be great with a group of friends or family. No great for people that may have a problem with stairs. We had two floors and two kitchens. Lots of room to be together or room to be a lone. ”

“We loved our room. The bed and all the bedding was so soft and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. ”

“Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. ”

“Quiet motel a little further from the interstate if you want to avoid road noise. Comfortable bed. Bathroom (toilet) had not been cleaned prior to our stay and was just covered (partially) with a towel to maybe hide the lack of cleaning ? Breakfast is in a tiny cramped room and is packaged food, cereal, and yogurt. It’s a place to sleep but not worth the 8-9 star reviews they supposedly. ”

“We came to this property because it was described on expedia web page as being pet friendly. There was, however a $50.00 pet deposit, preferably in cash, refundable upon check-out if no extra cleaning or pet damage noted. This was not mentioned in hotel's description. The facility was obviously undergoing rehab of old furniture and decorating with some completed and some not. However, we spent the night, slept ok, were able to take a shower, (no hand holds for entering or leaving the tub and...

“Property and room was clean. Pool area was nice. Staff was nice and greeted us when we passed them. Breakfast and dinner were both good. Overall the stay was very enjoyable for the price!”

“Room was very nice, clean. Front desk clerk was very nice. Did not use the pool. My only complaint is the $75 pet fee. This is outrageous. I have never paid more than $25 for a pet fee. It would be very helpful if Expedia would post the pet fees. For this reason I will never stay at a Marriot hotel again. I have traveled with dogs all my life and they are/were well trained and have never, ever damaged a hotel room or airbnb home.”
