“Desk clerk was dealing with some guests that were being asked to leave for smoking in their room and he was very calm and professional. The guests were very hostile and he handled it very well. ”

“I loved this place but if you are someone who wants perfection then may not be the place for you. My group of 4 loved this hotel all staff were so pleasant we loved the imperfections of a place that has been around a while. I will be staying there again in the future.”
“Everyone was very nice and professional. They made sure everything, policy wise was clear from the beginning. They were ready to help with any problems or questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. I've seen some reviews complain about the ac in the room, but once we ran ours and gave it a bit to fill the room it was perfect. Honestly can't figure out why this place has low reviews. My family loved it.”
