“My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. “I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair.
