Hotel vicino a Stagno Naturale delle Rane - Kuching

“No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need.”

“Place2Stay claims three stars but it doesn't offer this quality of accomodation. The building is not well maintained, the rooms are a little shabby and the services are basic. Rooms are never cleaned during the stay, even for a longer stay, and the waste bins are never emptied. Please give your guests a broom and let they know that bottles are not to be thrown away in the room bins! It's definitely not good value, hardly two stars. But the location is great as a lot of good Kuching restaurants...

“Camera molto spaziosa e l’hotel si trova in una ottima posizione. Tuttavia la struttura è abbastanza vecchia (arredamento, moquette ecc). La biancheria da letto era bucata e vecchia. In bagno avevamo a disposizione solamente un asciugamano per la doccia. No kit sapone/shampoo ecc. Scarico del bagno molto rumoroso. ”

“Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. ”

“Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift. However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night. - Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door. - A nice cosy coffee shop nearby. ”

“The hotel was conveniently located next to Sawaraku General Hospital. The coin laundry was well-equipped. It was nice that the convenience store was open until late at night.”

“ I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking...
