“I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp. It’s HOT!...

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“Room was lean and spacious for just one person. Dishwasher,full size fridge and microwave,nice shower,great bed, desk, pullout sofa and ottoman. I was gone most of the day, didn't use the gym or swimming pool, but room was very nice and clean, plenty of towels, very quiet at night, slept great.”

“Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. “We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”

“Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!”

“Everything was good with a few notable exceptions. Apparently the property is run by an accountant and not a hotelier. In the restaurant there was one server on duty and he was also the bartender and had to take care of the bar, the restaurant and the outside seating area. Way too much! And the food was very average. In the room the amenities were never refilled such as coffee and I was there for 10 days. Also, the toilet paper was single ply! Holy Moly! Next time I'll bring my own! I think...
