“It was the first strange experience we had with Marriot, we made the reservation the day before, and we went to the hotel at 5 pm much after check in time and we were told the hotel room was not ready. There was a large group of adults probably professionals checked in right before us. They probably got all the ready rooms. “It’s possible a lot of what I found disappointing in the property was poor timing. The hotel was sold on Sunday and we checked in Tuesday. After a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in, relax at the bar with a drink, and go to sleep. However, the bar wasn’t open. “Molto carina la sistemazione all'interno dei vagoni del treno. Ben sistemata con due letti queen comodi ed un bagno confortevole. Non c'è molto nei dintorni, obbligatorio muoversi con un auto. Abbiamo usufruito dei pochi servizi presenti nello stesso isolato. Tutti i servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito sono a pagamento e non ci sono agevolazioni per usufruirne se non pagando altri dollari per avere degli sconti (???). Abbiamo fatto colazione poco distante e ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene....

“The room was clean and updated. The kitchen had an apartment size refrigerator and freezer. The gym was large and had lots of machines and equipment. There are lots of spaces to gather with people inside and outside. The indoor pool was well kept but small.”

“Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean when we arrived. The restroom was dirty, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed from the previous guest. This made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk. “This is our third time staying at the hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. The pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is great, close to the Magic show, Sight and Sound and Hersey Park.”

“Thursday evening check in attendant was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Friday morning (manager/Owner) was very pleasant. Building requires lots of repairs (pool roof leaking, pool tube ripped, pool chair(s) broken, pool bathroom needs painting, shower bath drain in need of repair, blinking hallway light in need of attention,”

“The place felt very dated and worn. For me, when choosing a place to stay, cleanliness trumps everything else. While we didn't experience getting bed bugs or anything, it felt like we could have.
