“On first inpression dark entrance dirty dining room glass doors and mirror. Up stairs banister needed a good dusting. Into bed room no bin in b room and bathroom one had no insert. No protective stuff on beds and pillows. Stuff under beds and plenty of dust. This is not a hotel nor a b an b as they rent rooms out for the homeless. They were lovely pleasantl people who spoke. “Great location in Skegness. Plenty of free parking in surrounding roads when we arrived the key was not in the lockbox however when we called they came round straight away with a key. The room is very basic. Mattress needs replacing springs in your back. The room and bathroom were clean however the crockery was dirty and cutlery had rust. Microwave was very old. Shower head needs replacing. Location was perfect and only £50 a night you get what you pay for. Not sure how it's getting the...

“Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal.”
