“Breakfast was decent, other than that outdated property and rooms. Location is close to restaurants. Gave 2 due to its 2 stars at best.. they didn't change bedsheets when I asked them stayed 3 nights for business trips with family.”

“Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.”

“This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....

“My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...

“Room was adequate... all the basics covered for me and my pup for a quick stay. Could definitely use newer linens and rooms were tiny but it had everything I needed. Actually enjoyed the surroundings more than the room. It was in a quiet area with a really pretty pond right across the street to walk my dog.”

“I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" “No break fast, property not cleaned”

“Don’t come here. The rooms are just too much. My cousin and I came here for a moving experience & it went left. The sink missing a handle, no remote for the tv, the tv had cracks in the screen, no WiFi, the phone was “so say” an decoration it had no buttons, and the cabinet door came off the hinges. Oh My Gosh, don’t come here.”

“Not what the pictures show. The pool is outside and there is no hot tub. Over priced and dirty. Breakfast is awful. The waffle mix was sour. There was a pitcher of tea left in the fridge from the last guest.”

“Terrible and run-down hotel. Non-smoking room had heavy cigarette and cigar smell. Dirt from the construction was everywhere in the room. Doors had rusted and broken hinges, mould along the tub edges and water had some bad smell. Sheets were thin and blankets had cigerette burnt holes. Took pictures of the above to present the room condition to Expedia. Night clerk said no other rooms to move to, but Expedia site was saying one room left.”
