Case galleggianti a Navosa

“All the staff except for one lady on the reception desk were very friendly and helpful which is too bad since this was our first impression. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and the restaurant on the beach is very good food, location and entertainment. We ate there 2/3 nights for our stay.”

“We had a 1 bedroom garden room whilst it was spacious with a separate lounge area and large bathroom the room we stayed in was definitely looking a bit old and needing some tlc. The pools were lovely though lacking a swim up bar and getting poolside service was a long tedious task with not enough Staff and the online system not working for days. The different options of restaurants were good and the carts to drive you around the hotel were awesome. The friendliness of staff was amazing.”

“Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals.”

“The staff is very kind and they make you feel at home. They are also very available to help to book activities and give informations. Bars and restaurants are close by and the sea is just a stone's throw away. In the rooms and in the showers and bathrooms the support surfaces are very limited, they should be implemented”

“We stayed for a week here and really enjoyed the pool, beach and daily fire show. Breakfast buffet was average with the usual western options and a few local items. Dinner buffet was better but had limited rotations and popular dishes were not replenished frequently enough. One thing that was off-putting was that the cold food section (seafood, sushi, sashimi, deli meats) was all left uncovered and frequently saw flies there.”

“The staff were attentative listened and interested in getting to know us. We were greeted with enthusiasm rooms clean comfortable for a reminiscent stay. The Tonoa had a relaxing pleasant vibe. Will be returning in our next visit.”

“This is kids friendly and good for families. The restaurants are average level. Services are good.”
