“Sheets was dirty, No stopper in the tub had to use a rag. Shower in the main bathroom was not working. Could not use the fire pit cause it was not cleared out of snow. ”

Guest tripped on front rug upon arrival, nail sticking out at top of stair banister, extremely hard to let guests through gate, no lights near VRBO house to see the driveway, living room window didn't shut causing constant cold air to blow through.
