The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious villa located in a huge private garden, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The ground floor features a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub for your convenience.

On the top floor, you will find a cozy single bedroom with an additional foldable bed and a bathroom with a shower. Step outside onto the large, fully furnished shaded patio with a dining table, which leads to our vast private garden. Feel free to use the BBQ, but please note that guests may need to refrain from using it according to current Civil Protection guidelines as we are situated within a forest area.

As our guest, you will have access to our block's public pool, which is fairly large, and all house areas are independently air-conditioned for your comfort. We also provide professional cleaning services twice a week to ensure that your stay is worry-free.

Pets are welcome in our villa, up to a maximum weight of 7kg, with prior arrangement. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or require any assistance during your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to our beautiful villa during your stay, as well as the option to join the public pool located within our block. The pool is open until the 31th of October, allowing you to take advantage of the warm Greek weather during your vacation. Enjoy a refreshing swim or simply soak up the sun by the poolside.

Nestled just a stone's throw away from the renowned sandy beach of Sani in Chalkidiki, the villa with pool is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience. Sani is widely popular among tourists, and for good reason - its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, lush vegetation, and luxury resorts make it one of the most sought-after destinations in Kassandra, Chalkidiki.
During your stay, you will have access to all the necessary amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, banks, healthcare centers, pharmacies, souvenir shops, and traditional product stores, all within walking distance from the villa. Stroll along the scenic marina and long beach of the nearby village and discover a plethora of restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops, bars, and beach bars. Bilder und Beschreibung passen nicht ganz

Zuallererst: wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Leider wird nicht ein Haus mit einem Pool sondern ein anderes Haus in der Anlage mit einem gemeinschaftspool vermietet. Hier gelten Regeln, deren Einhaltung von einer älteren Dame auch während der benutzungszeit vehement durch klopfen auf Schilder eingefordert wird - das Ergebnis ist ein fast nicht nutzbarer und fast nicht genutzter Pool - sehr schade, der wäre eigentlich toll Das Haus hat den Charme und den Luxus der 70er Jahre, hier müsste einiges getan werden um den Preis zu rechtfertigen!
