Used as a base for the Welsh Winter Nationals. Great location and staff always very helpful and nice. Dove toiletries nice touch! Will no doubt stay here again.

Staff were excellent from arrival to departure. Room clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast buffet. In hotel small choice of menu but adjacent Harvester had large choice of meals. Overall our opinion was e cellent and would use again. Big thanks to all staff.

Lovely stay.
So far this is the best budget hotel my family and I stayed in. The room was very clean, staff were all friendly and the breakfast although same with other hotels were very better tasting. The staff were very efficient and organised. I hope other holiday inn is the same.

Family Holiday
I came for a holiday in Wales and chose to stay in a holiday inn express because I always go to holiday inn express. The first day we went out very early so we missed the breakfast but on the 18 october 7:36 we went to get breakfast so my son (13) and my daughter (8) took 6 pancakes each as they were tiny pancakes. But some of the breakfast staff were pointing and saying that it was 'disgusting' but they were just eating. After this my son and daughter were feeling very disappointed. I am disabled and this upset me really badly as it spoiled the whole day. However, the reception staff was very kind and polite as they responded quickly and nicely when we asked them for some sugar and milk. (I don't know if I am right or wrong but because I'm Asian but uk's rules state that all people must be treated fairly. As we were the only Asians in the hotel at the time.)

Very helpful staff on front desk. Had noisy neighbours which was dealt with promptly. Could have been cleaner, only 3 towels when we booked a room for 4. Soon remedied by front desk.

Hotel was clean, staff was extremely polite and helpful. 10/10 to Prad and Ben! We were only disappointed on size of room and bathroom, but were told it's standard all over hotel and cannot upgrade.

Ok if on budget with a dog!
Ok so we didn’t realise animals were allowed, visible by dog hair on corridor carpets, a lot. One towel had dried blood stain. Sofa bed unbelievably uncomfortable. Breakfast bland.

Great staff
The staff at this hotel are amazing. There is always someone available to answer questions and help out. Everyone was friendly and approachable. We were able to bring our puppy and he was comfortable too. We really enjoyed the breakfast too :)
