We stayed here while attending a college graduation at Lamar University, and the location could not have been more convenient—only about 10 minutes from campus. The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with four bedrooms that provided plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax.Everything we needed was provided, and the layout worked perfectly for gathering together while still having privacy. It was a great place to come back to after long days of celebrating.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

I had to come to my hometown to lay my mother to rest, and this was the perfect place to have a small reunion. We enjoyed the 4 separate bedrooms, and the modern look. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Communication was great, and we had no issues getting in. I’m not sure if I will ever get to Nederland again, but if I do, I will definitely rent the place again.

Family Reunion

Everything we needed and so much room!

Room to spread out! King size bed in every room! Such a plus! TV’s in every room plus two living areas. Great kitchen and set up to cook! Extra clean. Pet-friendly with a fenced yard.

If I could give a 10 star I would! This home is simply beautiful and was well stocked. I travel to Beaumont every week to watch my daughter play at Lamar University and this will be my first choice to stay

Great place to stay

We are in the area for business and a small family gathering. The house is super clean, roomy, easy access to HEB, fast food and other restaurants. What I love the most is how quiet the area is at night. Very peaceful and relax. The kitchen is full of glasses, cups, plates. Amber is very easy to communicate, she left a welcome little snack basket. Love it! Will book again when we are back in March.

Clean and Spacious

The house was clean and accommodating for my family. When I reached out to property management with a question, she immediately got back to me and assisted me. If you have to be in Nederland, TX, this house is a great rental option.
