Hotel vicino a Needham Town Forest - Boston

“The website shows a lounge with food available, but it's empty with no offerings. There were issues with noise that were dismissed, until I cried. (I was in town for medical treatments and needed quiet.) I was promised a comp, but was not given one. Some furnishings are worn, ripped, and stained. Not a good value. ”

“charged for parking which I was not aware would be done. Literally can't park anywhere else, basically rob you of another twenty bucks.”

“The property has clean, comfortable rooms with full kitchens, including dishes and pots and pans. There is free parking on site. The host was present when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. There is a walking path along the Charles River steps from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and bodegas nearby, which the host gave us a map to find. Our room was spacious, with desk and dining table. There were smoke detectors and sprinklers. There was a nice fitness room at the end of our hall....

“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.”

“This hotel was the best. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and very clean. The temperature controls were easy to manipulate. There was plenty of storage and the couch with the roll over ottomans was a plus. The bed was very comfortable as well.”

“It was a great place to stay for the night. Clean and professional. The only complaint is that the bathroom door didn’t close completely and the heater was really loud. ”
