“The location advertised was problematic. It also shows it is in Dehradun which is over 30 miles away. For me, this caused problems with my taxi as I wanted to go to Rishikish (it is also advertised being in Rishikesh), whereas the taxi driver complained of it being far away in Dehradun (near Jolly Grant airport)”

“Property is beautifully located on the river front with river views from the room and relatively quiet surroundings. Staff was friendly, my big disappointment was rooms were not sound proof, so could clearly hear people talking and kids crying in the other room as if it was happening in my room.”

But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river.
