“Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. No one made any special effort to offer tea or coffee or to make anything different at all.

“Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure ”

Camera con letti confortevoli ma poco insonorizzata, i vicini sono andati spesso in bagno e lo scorrere dell’acqua mi ha accompagnato per buona parte della notte. “The room was cheap and adequate for a night. There's noise until midnight from the bar downstairs but that was expected.
The bathroom was well stocked add the room was very clean. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken.
The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind.
The cleaning team and the booking team are somewhat disconnected and we weren't able to recover two things left behind. We don't blame the hotel for...

“Abbiamo soggiornato per diverse notti ed in diversi appartamenti essendo un gruppo di amici a Perth per un matrimonio. Abbiamo noleggiato le auto, ma a dire il vero le abbiamo utilizzate solo per raggiungere la stazione di Guildford essendo molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi zona e molto vicina al Discovery Parks.
Appartamenti bellissimi: cucina e salotto, due camere da letto e un bagno. Nulla da ridire, tutto perfettamente pulito, tutto lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.
