*La casa*

Villa ForgetMeNot, una bellissima residenza con due camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo, è la casa perfetta lontano da casa. È di recente costruzione, rifinito secondo standard elevati con ripiani in granito, pavimenti in porcellana e cucina completamente attrezzata. Siamo situati al Little Bay Country Club a Negril, in Giamaica, una tranquilla comunità chiusa con sicurezza 24 ore su 24.

La proprietà poggia su una scogliera con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, accesso 24 ore su 24 alla spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca, piscina a sfioro e campo da tennis. (racchette e palline fornite per l'uso). Guarda i magnifici tramonti sull'oceano dal balcone della tua camera. La villa può ospitare comodamente 2-4 persone con letto matrimoniale nella suite principale e due gemelli extra lunghi nella seconda camera da letto, che possono essere accoppiati per formare un letto king size.
La casa è arredata con gusto, tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti e la zona giorno è dotata di TV a schermo piatto e wifi gratuito, rimanete collegati se necessario. Una governante verrà fornita a giorni alterni e i pasti possono essere facilitati su richiesta.

*Arrivarci*

Little Bay è a poco più di un'ora dall'aeroporto internazionale di Montego Bay, una corsa facile sulla strada costiera in taxi o in auto. I trasferimenti aeroportuali possono essere organizzati su richiesta.

*Cose da fare*

Rilassati nel patio con una tazza di caffè blu di montagna al mattino o guarda il tramonto sotto il tuo gazebo privato con una fredda striscia rossa.

La spiaggia privata fa parte di un'area protetta dall'ambiente e potresti essere fortunato a vedere le tartarughe quando vengono a nidificare o i delfini dopo il pisolino mattutino. L'acqua calda e limpida e invitante, è perfetta per nuotare e fare snorkeling, quindi porta la tua attrezzatura.

Non mi va di cucinare, ci sono molti ristoranti, hotel e resort a breve distanza in auto. Prova Cosmos, a soli 7 minuti dal complesso, oppure rimani e fatti consegnare. Prendi la navetta gratuita, offerta da Ciao, un ristorante fusion italiano-giamaicano per qualcosa di diverso. Il Ricks Cafe, famoso in tutto il mondo, ottimo per la cena, l'intrattenimento e le immersioni sulle scogliere, si trova a 15/20 minuti di auto nel West End. I numerosi bar e ristoranti lungo la strada si trovano a breve distanza in auto dalla villa e offrono cucina locale.

Se vuoi un'atmosfera più locale, fai un viaggio al mercato dell'artigianato o al centro commerciale duty-free di Time Square per un po 'di arte locale fatta a mano.
A breve distanza in auto dalla villa, si trova la famosa spiaggia di 7 miglia con la sua bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca, sport acquatici, bar sulla spiaggia, ristoranti e locali notturni, non è un posto da non perdere. Margaritaville o la discoteca Jungle ti stanno aspettando.

Se sei un golfista, allora il campo da golf di Negril Hills è a breve distanza, porta i tuoi club o noleggia il campo.

Forget Me Not

Tout était parfait. Maison propre et accueillante, assez près de la plage. Le gazebo pour regarder les couchés de soleil était super. Cuisine bien équipée pour préparer nos propres repas avec un BBQ en plus. Housekeeper AnnMarie est très amicale et serviable. Elle nous a préparé de délicieux repas. Le propriétaire est rapide à répondre et il s’assure que nous soyons heureux. Nous y sommes restés un mois et dommage que ce n’était pas plus long. À refaire sans faute.

Lovely Gem

This was the most beautiful exclusive place. I am so glad I found it. The views were spectacular. The private gazebo with the nice breeze blowing through and beautiful views of the ocean were wonderful. The pool and beach a couple of blocks away were so private. Gate security required an ID to enter. There were two security guards on 24/7 who walked through all the front and back yards. It made two women traveling alone feel totally safe. The townhouse was nicely appointed. The air-conditioner was sufficient. The owner and maintenance person were available at a moment's notice. The only thing I did not like was the every other day housekeeping service. I don't personally like or need the intrusion or necessity to get up and dressed earlier than I like. I very highly recommend it!

Best kept secret

When you chose to stay at a VRBO, you are taking somewhat of a risk on location and everything that goes with it. Our experience was 10-fold better than expected. Not only were my interactions with Errol above and beyond, our experience at the house, on the gazebo at the pool/beach, with Ann Marie...all of it was like a dream. We were not in Jamaica to party, we were there to rest. And we did. We hired Ann Marie to cook 2 meals (with leftovers) which gave us the real home cooked Jamaican experience. So yummy! We hired the spa/massage person recommended to come to the house. She was excellent, must do the full 75 minutes. We did not have a car but hired the same driver for the week. He brought us to the market, cash machine, dinner and a few sites. It's expensive but safer and easier than driving ourselves. There were multiple days when we were the only ones at the pool and beach. No crowds, fighting for chairs, accessing shade, etc. The pool and ocean were like bath water. I can not recommend this location enough. If you want private and quiet, this is an easy choice. And if you had a couple kids, this would be an amazing place to expose them to the ocean but without big waves and undertow. Thank you Ann Marie and Errol for this epic week. We are so grateful.

End of school get away

Everything was great. Very clean. Once we purchased a sharp knife, everything was great. Audio system needed a cord between the TV and the main box but you could hear the TV through it’s speakers Beach and pool were best we have seen. Better than Hawaii and Belize. Snorkeled along south side of bay; lots of tropical fish, coral and ocassional Ray. Watched perfect sunset from cabana at the edge of the cliff out the back door. Bring your sunscreen

Tranquil setting

We stayed at this lovely villa In February and loved every minute of it. We have stayed in the LBCC development several times before, however, wanted a unit of the cliffs for this trip. The landscaping was impeccable and so well taken care of. The unit was nicely designed and very comfortable. The owner was very prompt in taking care of concerns. Ann Marie, the housekeeper, was so nice and did a great job! Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a serene and relaxing vacation.

The unit was absolutely stunning the views were far superior than any other location on Negril as far as I was concerned. I've been to Jamaica 6 times this has got to be one of the coolest places with the private Bay for snorling and the infinity pool. 7 mile beach just down the road with tons of options I wouldn't hesitate to go again the places clean very well decorated and the landscaping in the backyard beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay the kids and I had a fantastic time 3

Stunning Views!

My wife and 2 adult children and I spent 9 luxurious days in this well-appointed, quiet and comfortable ocean side retreat. What you see in the photos is what you get... although there is absolutely no way to capture the amazing beauty of the 180 degree water view and sensational daily sunsets in a photograph. One of the most important things for my wife and I when traveling is to have a comfortable mattress, and the mattresses in this condo are excellent. Another important thing for us is a responsive host, and the owner, Errol, couldn't have been more helpful. He always responded to messages within a day, and spent about 20 minutes with us on a phone call prior to our departure to give recommendations and advice. Although we didn't use the community pool or beach, they are lovely. The location of the property is perfect because it is just outside the busy part of Negril, but close enough to get to beaches and restaurants in just minutes. We definitely recommend having a car for convenience and cost-effectiveness, but be prepared to deal with some of the craziest drivers in the world! Also be prepared to drive on the left side of the road. The house has everything you need to prepare your own meals, and you will want to because restaurant prices are not cheap! The condo has a large outside deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, al fresco, or cook your dinner on the gas grill. There is also reliable internet and AC--although we often kept the AC off, opened all the windows for a tremendous cross breeze, and turned on the ceiling fans. Don't hesitate to book this property; you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic oceanfront residence in Negril area

If you are considering a visit to the Negril area, this oceanfront villa in a quiet, secure, gated community should be near the top of your list as potential accommodations. The villa is part of the so-called "Little Bay Country Club" development (though it's not a golf-related location, so don't let that confuse you) on the north end of Seven Mile Beach. We stayed as a family of five and had plenty of space to spread out. We had a rental car, and you can easily reach any of the Negril-area attractions in 5-15 minutes. (Have a breakfast of Ackee and Saltfish at Sweet Spot, or some great native Jamaican fare at Public House or Pimentoz Jerk - all less than 10 minutes from Little Bay, and all adjacent to 7 Mile Beach... we even went down to the cliffs on the west end and had a drink at Rick's Cafe). The pictures really don't do this property justice - a great "infinity-edge" pool overlooks a private beach, and this particular residence has a small shaded/thatched umrella patio area right out on the waterfront, with amazing sunset views. Anne Marie is extremely helpful in providing suggestions or any needed help during your stay, and the owners are extremely responsive in all communications. The owners provide a well-equipped kitchen, beach towels, tennis rackets and tennis balls, snorkeling gear, etc., so even if you travel light you can still make full use of the Little Bay facilities. It was really nice to go experience the festive atmosphere along Seven Mile Beach but then be able to come home to a quiet and restful spot that otherwise feels like an all-inclusive resort without the crowds. Highly recommended!

Perfect little getaway with a spectacular view!

This is a very well appointed townhouse. Anne Mary the housekeeper was outstanding. The atmosphere, the view just invite you to relax and take a load off. Great location. I do recommend either renting a car or having a driver. This place is a little piece of paradise. I highly recommend it!

Clean, Picturesque

New 2-story townhouse, beautiful view of ocean from second story master bedroom window and from outside gazebo. Owner very helpful with answering questions, three-page written instructions. Large and uncrowded chest-deep community pool. Private beach nice, also uncrowded. No restaurants on site so BYO food and drinks or drive or take a cab to a local restaurant. Housekeeping was excellent. Security staff professional, friendly and helpful. Timely return of security deposit. Caveat: Americans need to be aware of exchange rate between US dollars and Canadian dollars used in advertised rates on some websites.
