“The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.”

“The room smelled musty. The windows looks like they hadn’t be cleaned since 1974. The paint was peeling off the walls and in the tub. The beds looked like they’d been slept in by Jabba the Hutt everyday for the past 17 years. One of the elevators wouldn’t open while we were on it we had to pry it open with our hands. We thought the hotel was connected to the convention center only to walk all the way across the catwalk to find a locked door. We had to go back around and outside. One star. ”

“I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! “Le camere sono di buone dimensioni, non nuovissime ma accettabili, abbastanza pulite, i letti e gli asciugamani molto buoni. La piscina non è curata molto bene, ma il mare è a 100 mt. Posizione ottima, a 100 mt dalla boardwalk. La colazione è un po' minimal, ma fanno vaffel ottimi”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

The whole hotel is permeated by stale cigarette smoke and even the rooms seem to have deodorizers used to mask it. This is an old hotel, so don't expect much. “It was horrible stay. No facilities to use. Outdoor pool was closed . And all 3rd floor facilities also closed. No kids entertainment. Room was very small. Even I couldn’t stay my full booked days. I lift one night early ”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”
