Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious, split-level home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—ideal for families, friends, or a relaxing retreat. The main level offers an open-concept layout with a large dining table for memorable meals and a cozy living room filled with natural light streaming through numerous windows.


Privately owned, this community boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses, the Pines
and the Lakes … both 4½ star rated courses. Lake Arrowhead is a 300-acre lake which provides water activities, boating and fishing, stocked with bass, northern, walleye and pan fish. During the summer season, the Shermalot Ski Team performs twice weekly. More than just a golf complex, numerous events and activities are planned for the member community throughout the year….Annual SnoBlast, picnics, dances, tournaments, children’s activities, pool parties, fireworks and holiday events. Amenities you can enjoy as a guest of the homeowner include the two clubhouses, two heated swimming pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, ski chalet, basketball/volleyball courts, the lake pavilions ... and the three groomed well-maintained beach areas, playground equipment and boat launches of Lake Arrowhead. Get in the swing before you hit the greens at the short game practice area, putting greens, or driving ranges.

Golf Get-Away

The house worked out great for us. It was everything that was advertised and definitely met our expectations. We were here for a 4-day golf outing at Lake Arrowhead; and being so close to both the Pines and Lakes courses was very convenient!
