Spend your days boating, golfing, or exploring the surrounding trails, then return to unwind in the game room, relax in the 3-season room, or gather around the outdoor fire pit beneath the pines. With a wraparound porch, shared pier access just a short walk away, and peaceful wooded surroundings, Westwind Pines is the ideal setting for reconnecting with family, friends, and nature.

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.

✔ Guests must log into their own streaming accounts on Smart TVs and log out before checkout
✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome well-behaved pups with a small pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking.
