Beautiful 4-season Mountain Home- New Listing

You’ll be ideally positioned a minute walk away from the Highlands Ski Lift and Wintergreen Spa. The back deck has a great fire pit and grill to relax in the spring, summer and fall.
Head-to-toe remodel in 2023. The townhome is divided into 3 floors giving lots of space to spread out when you need some private time and a good-sized living room/kitchen/dining open floor plan to enjoy time together. Each bedroom has a smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a fantastic kitchen table for dining up to six. Beautiful and cozy living room with 65” smart TV. Relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace at the end of a day skiing, boarding, tubing, hiking, golfing, or touring wineries and breweries. From the living room, walk out onto the private deck to grill dinner - private outdoor grill included.
Parking for 2 cars inside the garage as well as 2 cars on the easy, flat driveway.

Beautiful home in a perfect location—right in Wintergreen and super close to the resort. Renovations are luxurious and thoughtfully done, with high-end touches throughout, including Sony TVs in every room. Most importantly for me: comfy beds! You can tell the updates were done tastefully, not cheaply—everything from the decor to the flooring looks and feels top-notch. The fireplace is such a vibe for a cozy mountain movie night. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!

This is a great getaway accommodation-we enjoyed the fireplace, the fire pit, the spacious bedrooms and many bathrooms, the golf course view. The owner responded quickly to questions that were easily resolved.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in good shape and mostly as shown in the photos. The animal skin rug was no longer in the kitchen, which was a welcome deviation. Richie’s quick and helpful response to each message was appreciated. If I’m in the area again I would definitely return.

This property is literally the cleanest place to stay in all of Wintergreen! Having previously stayed at other Wintergreen properties and also owning a property it is virtually impossible to keep all the bugs, spiders, mice, etc out of the house. I don’t know who does the cleaning but this property was spotless, not a critter in site, which is unheard of in that type of very densely wooded environment. Check-in process is flawless! Communication with property manager was excellent! Location was great as well, three minute walk to pool and spa and couple minute drive to lodge- right in the middle of everything you will need for a great stay. The cleanliness ratings and comments from previous renters was the deciding factor for us and they were all spot on! Property is updated and clutter free. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home and worked very well for 3 couples. Plenty of room and comfortable seating. Very clean, a lot of nice supplies were provided and it is a very convenient location. We would definitely rent here again!

Clean, comfortable and spaceous.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and well appointed. We didn't find anything lacking. We loved the location - sitting on the gated back deck felt very serene. Even with the putting green nearby, it still felt private. We will definitely return for more visits.

ski vacation

Great property, everything was very new and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked and all equipment in great shape. Garage was great to leave ski equipment when done skiing for the night. Location was excellent, essentially across the street from the Wintergreen Spa and a quick 4 minute drive to drop kids off to ski the slopes. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Wonderful Christmas stay at Wintergreen

This house was the perfect place for our family to spend the holidays. The kitchen has everything you need for family meals and the living room (with gas fireplace) is the perfect place to relax on a cold day. For warmer days the back deck comes fully kitted with bbq grill and gas fire pit. The property was pristine on arrival with plenty of space in the bedrooms with quality fittings in the bathrooms. Fast internet on site with big screen tvs in living room and each bedroom. Garage was handy to keep the cars out of the weather. Just across the street from fitness center and spa, just a minute away from the ski slopes. Owner was very courteous and responsive and we would gladly stay here again !
