Escape to luxury in our beautifully renovated 4,200 sqft home located on a golf course in the heart of the 151 Brew/Wine Trail is the perfect getaway for your next girls/guys weekend or multiple family gathering! Settle in wine country with great views of the mountains. There is plenty of entertainment with an indoor basketball game, foosball table, ping pong table, and corn hole boards. Located minutes from multiple wineries and breweries on the 151 brew trail as well as golfing, skiing, bicycling & dining.



THE PROPERTY: Indoor Fireplace | Gas Grill | 4200 Sq Ft | Made for groups of nature lovers, beer fans, golf pros, and mountain devotees in mind with all the essentials for a cozy escape, this home will be one you return to time and time again. Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds | Bedroom 5: 2 Sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds with 2 single trundles | Additional Sleeping: 1 Twin Rollaway Beds w/ Tempur Pedic Mattress | 2 main living areas with 3 couches.



Our home is in an exclusive golf course community with on-site police and fire services, creating a safe environment for spending quality time with family and friends.



Our neighborhood enforces strict noise regulations for guests, which means no parties or loud music that could disturb the neighbors. The police actively uphold these rules for all visitors.

Perfectly suited our needs

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Clean well organized offered good space and bed options for adult getaway weekend. Although would recommend splitting basement Queens into 2 different rooms for couples. Good easy communication with owner. Love this neighborhood and walking trails.

Great location

We enjoyed the house and how close it was to some of our favorite places, like Devils Backbone and Bold Rock. The basement was a lot of fun for the kids and adults! It was very clean and Ryan was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our visit!

All 11 of us agreed that this is our favorite house we've rented near Wintergreen ever! Perfect for 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 10-17) and very conveniently located to breweries and Wintergreen. We are already trying to figure out what dates we want to book for next year!

Tubing trip getaway

Check in was easy the house was awesome for 15 of us! It was close to the breweries and distilleries we wanted to visit. And only 40 minutes from our tubing trip. Our host Ryan was wonderful!

Great getaway and prime location!

We had a reunion with four families with small children and there was plenty of space. Close to surrounding breweries and lovely back porch. The open layout was also great! Ryan was a great host/communicator leading up to our weekend and everything went seemlessly.

Trip to Wintergreen

Our whole experience was outstanding! From the time of reservation, our host started communicating with us. All the details were accurate. The property is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. All throughout our stay and up to our check-out, the host continued communicating with us. We all enjoyed our stay...had fun and left with great memories! The property is well maintained and well taken care of. This property is highly recommended!!!
