“We have asked a quiet room for our stay via Expedia message. Although there was no any reply before arriving we actually have been arranged one exactly what we wanted so very happy with this. The staff was also very polite and helpful.”

“Old fashioned”

“When I entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell, like a dead rat. I requested several times that the staff change my room, but they refused and said they were unable to do so. As a result, I could not sleep properly that night and had a sleepless, uncomfortable experience. The next morning, I contacted Expedia, and only after Expedia intervened did the hotel agree to change my room. This was extremely disappointing because the hotel ignored the customer’s direct request but responded...

“Non fanno la stanza al mattino, siamo stati in 3 e asciugamano viso sempre stato 1. Da migliorare .. colazione abbondante, personale gentile e sorridente soprattutto in sala. Camera spaziosa.”

“Clean, had everything we needed and more. Beds are a little on the small side (in length as well) and rock solid.”

“Lovely place, limited hot breakfast options. Need better supervision at pool/ hot tub children running wild splashing and playing about in the hot tub up until 9pm not ideal.”

“Loved cleaning service. Stayed 3 nights but didn't want room cleaned each day but they left fresh bottles of water, extra biscuits, teas & coffees, plus a fresh loo roll withoutvus asking. Wonderful. Dining service staff also wonderful, especially very friendly & helpful Julie.”
