“We have asked a quiet room for our stay via Expedia message. Although there was no any reply before arriving we actually have been arranged one exactly what we wanted so very happy with this. The staff was also very polite and helpful.”

“When I entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell, like a dead rat. I requested several times that the staff change my room, but they refused and said they were unable to do so. As a result, I could not sleep properly that night and had a sleepless, uncomfortable experience. The next morning, I contacted Expedia, and only after Expedia intervened did the hotel agree to change my room.
