Lake Point Hideaway - Lago di fronte! Porta la tua barca e goditi il molo privato.

Lake Point Hideaway è una splendida casa sul lungolago con il suo scivolo poco profondo a Neotsu, a soli cinque minuti a est di Lincoln City. Gli ospiti sono invitati a pescare, nuotare e giocare nella bellissima Devils Lake durante il soggiorno in questa casa vacanze. Kayak e canoe sono benvenuti e non causeranno danni al paesaggio. Godetevi la pace e la serenità delle acque del lago dalla barca scivolare. Questa casa si trova sul lato caldo del lago, come direbbe la gente del posto, dato che si trova all'estremità del fiume D e alla foce dell'Oceano Pacifico. Si può accedere a questa casa scendendo di circa quattro gradini quando si entra attraverso la stanza del sole. Con due camere da letto e due bagni, questa casa vacanze può ospitare comodamente fino a otto persone. Ci sono due camere con letti matrimoniali, una zona extra con un letto a castello doppio pieno, e anche un divano letto. C'è un bagno completo mentre l'altro ha una doccia walk-in che funge anche da lavanderia. Si può godere la vista del lago dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Gli ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare la TV via cavo, lettore DVD, giochi da tavolo e Wi-Fi durante le vacanze qui. House was clean & good location

Bed was comfortable appeared to be new mattress, kitchen was nice size. Outside needed some work, bushes blocking some of the view of lake with overgrown blackberry bushes. But overall good.

Nice view

The house needs a lot of work and the carpets need to be replaced. The decking is in pretty rough shape, but it does have a pretty view and the bathtub is nice in the kitchen was overall function.

This Home is a Disaster.

The house is in terrible Shape. Carpets full of pet waste, sticky floors. Smelly all over. Cob webs / front fence blown down with Nails. Furniture full of Urine and god knows what. We always bring spare sheets To help the stench. This rental is a mess ! Yuk

Fishing trip

The house was in a very nice area and very close to town, grocery store, outlet mall, casino and beautiful fishing docks House could use some landscaping and paint but overall was a very beautiful view and area

Pictures were not accurate

Are stay was quite uncomfortable. We were under the impression by the pictures in the ad that there were 3 beds in one of the bedrooms. However there were only 2. This meant that one of us had to sleep on the couch. Therefore, in order not to wake the person on the couch in the morning it was very inconvenient. There was also a leak under the sink, the floors were not clean, the backyard is not fenced in for the dog, the stove is not working correctly, there were ants in the kitchen and the toiletries and kitchen supplies were to small, (not enough toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags.)

Rustic Beach Home

The property has a private access to the lake which we enjoyed. Morning or night, the view was breathtaking. There could be property improvements inside and out that would make the stay more spectacular.

Great place but really needs some updating. Perhaps a good cleaning on the outside.

It was a really fun weekend, house is great but wasn't very clean, there were spider wens everywhere.. inside and put. The stove is very outdated as well. Master bed was very comfortable.

Stinky heaven

I continue to love nearly everything about this property other than how incredibly strong the urine smell has become. I thought the crunchy shag carpet was bad seven years ago but since the carpet hasn’t been replaced possibly ever, it was so stinky this time we didn’t adjust to the odor even after a few days. Other than that I love this place!

Great Lake View

The house is outdated but totally comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and we found what we needed in the kitchen. Access to the dock could be difficult for some people, the yard was very over grown and there was no distinct path. The boat slip was useable but had not been maintained at all. We had a wonderful time on the lake and overall our stay was great, just a few easily fixable maintenance issues.

Overall was a lovely house and was easy to get to. I would stay there again. Will say one of the shower head started to leak. Then did have a slight smell of anima, think it smelled like dog!

This properly needs work

We had a good time but there were a lot of problems at the facility. The main shower is cracked in the bottom of it, it feels like you will fall through. The other shower tends to backup on you so you stand in your own water. The the stove need to be replaced, 2 burners worked and the other 2 didn't even fit in the stove top. There were ants everywhere. One of the bedroom sheets for dirty, and for as many people as it sleeps the parking is very bad.

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful! Very convenient and not far from town at all. The beds were very comfortable! The problem was with the ants. They were everywhere! We had to throw away a ton of food because we didn’t know about the ants until it was too late. They were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also- it would be nice if the couches had washable covers on them. They were definitely dated and had a distinct odor. Appreciated the coffee pot and filters and found what we needed in the kitchen. Enjoyed staying here despite the few problems. Great place to use as home base on our Oregon Coast adventure!

comfortable, nice lay out of rooms

We did enjoy our stay, being on the lake and hanging out together. The living/kitchen area is open and accomodating. Beds were comfortable. A few things worth noting that would have made it more welcoming-the outside appearance could be improved greatly by sweeping the multitude of cobwebs full of bug casings. There was dog poop in the yard. Two of the kitchen burners didn't work. There was a strong pee smell when we entered the house which we traced to the microwave when we opened it. After using it a couple of times, it diminished. The shower in the laundry area had a large crack in the floor, which was "mended" with duct tape, but standing on it while showering felt unstable.

Lake side VRBO

Extremely disappointing to discover that the property wasn't what the pictures show. When we arrived the entryway was covered in vines and weeds. Bad first impression. The house has not been kept up and is in need of TLC. Everything is done on the cheap, cheap, cheap. The photo of the lake is misleading and it looks like the lawn slopes down to the lake. Not so. The area is fenced off so you have to navigate through weeds and lumpy ground across the front of the neighbor's house to get to the "private" dock. No way can you get a boat through there. The steps leading from the deck to the loosely described backyard was covered with vines as well which made access rather tricky. The staff at Ocean VRBO was fantastic and helpful.

Not for the picky

The lake view, access, and privacy is great! The exposed screws, sketchy deck, cracked shower (that’s been repaired with duct tape), stinky couch and carpet is not. I love his place, but it is not for the picky. Not sure how long the view will last since the greedy neighbor has planted trees everywhere and has barricaded as much as possible (we even saw them chasing deer with rakes)..
