Questa casa con 3 camere da letto si trova a nord di Nerja, nella tranquilla zona dell'urbanizzazione "El Algarrobo". A soli 20 minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Burriana. La struttura è costruita su 2 livelli ed è elegantemente arredata secondo uno standard elevato. Ha una sua piscina privata che ha il sole tutto il giorno. Il patio è ben arredato con 4 sedie a sdraio, un set patio a quattro posti e un tavolo da pranzo e sedie da 6 posti .. Il salone è molto confortevole con divani moderni, TV satellitare e lettore CD. C'è una zona pranzo aggiuntiva con tavolo e 4 sedie e una grande cucina completamente attrezzata. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con balcone con vista sulla piscina e sulla terrazza. Da qui si godono splendide viste sul mare e sulle montagne e il balcone cattura anche il sole della sera tardi che tramonta sulle montagne.

Great villa! The villa has everything you need plus a lovely pool, the owner John is quick to answer if you have any questions, cheap regular bus service close by and taxi from Nerja centre only about €6, very good supermarket 10mins walk away, in all everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, which we certainly had 😃

Excellent property

The villa is beautiful and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car as the hill is very big! The views are stunning and its easy to get to town and the beach. The supermarket is just at the bottom of the hill. Communication with the host was excellent putting us at ease should we need anything.

Wonderful villa in lovely Nerja

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. The property is much bigger than the pictures portray and the views are stunning. It is so quiet and peaceful allowing for a really relaxing holiday yet within easy walking distance into Nerja with its beaches, restaurants, tapas bars and shops - you are spoilt for choice. The pool was used daily and essential for the very hot weather we had during our stay. All communication with the owner from the onset was second to none. When we had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay the owner couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend booking this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Días de relax y tranquilidad

Hemos podido disfrutar de una agradable estancia en la casa. A destacar su gran salón y moderna cocina. Aparte de la piscina, que hemos aprovechado mucho debido a los días calurosos. La casa se encuentra muy bien situada, cerca de supermercados y zonas de ocio.

Beautiful Villa

We had 10 sun filled days 😄 n this beautiful Villa. The pool was perfect the villa was amazing. The signal on the tv was a bit suspect at times but it didn't matter.

A most enjoyable holiday

Villa was excellent. Spacious enough for myself, husband & 2 sons. Well equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Walk down to Burianna beach & Nerja was pleasant, as it was so hot didn’t attempt walk back up but taxi’s readily available for about 8 euros. Communication with owner was great, all went smoothly. Only negative was air con in main bedroom didn’t seem to work effectively enough. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in lovely location. Would not hesitate in booking again.

Family holiday

Overall, very nice villa , able to accommodate 6 people. Short drive to the town & beach in Nerja. Kitchen was brand new and well equipped. Pool was fairly small, but adequate for the 4 of us. 6 people might have been a bit cramped! We had a great stay, and Nerja is a fabulous location. The only real issue we had was the air on unit in the main bedroom. It cuts out after a few minutes. It can be re-started, but continues to cut out after a few minutes again. We ended up abandoning that room and slept in the third bedroom. I understand the air con unit is due to be serviced, so shouldn’t be a problem in the future.

A lovely well equipped villa in peaceful surroundings

We enjoyed a lovely 10 days in the Villa. Check in and communication with John was fantastic. We received lots of information prior to departure and the Villa was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. Located in a quiet spot up the hill out of central Nerja. We loved the pool and found the communal pool just behind for a good proper swim in the mornings. Supermarkets were close by but a steep walk back to the villa. We would have enjoyed a BBQ but the kitchen was well equipped and very modern. A great base to explore the area - Burianna beach, Nerja caves, Frigilliana, Balcon de Europa.

Beautiful villa in stunning location

A beautiful villa with good size pool in stunning Nerja ‘village’ location which is a highly maintained tropical paradise having the added bonus of a v stylish series of outdoor pools and sunbathing area within a short walk from the villa. The villa is v well maintained with a lovely new kitchen, great view and everything else you need for your stay. John, the owner, is really helpful and very quick to respond. We didn’t hire a car so either walked into the ‘village’ centre or got a bus/taxi into Nerja. Would really recommend for a southern Spanish stay.

Lovely Villa

A spacious, very well equipped Villa with a lovely pool and terrace. Great location in a quiet area only a five minute drive down to the beach / town. Excellent communication from the owners too. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property with great views

This is a lovely, well maintained and spacious house with a well equipped, modern kitchen. The extensive terrace and pool area has fantastic views of Nerja and the mountains to the west. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the the upstairs verandah. There is ample parking at the house and it is easy to reach the main road and the supermarkets near by. The host was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thanks again for a nice time in Nerja.

Excelente experiencia. Comunicación fluida con el propietario, que siempre estuvo atento en la distancia. Casa muy cómoda, sin duda recomendable. Inmejorables vistas de la costa, mucho mejores de lo que se puede apreciar por las fotos de perfil.. Piscina soleada todo el día. Buena zona, muy tranquila y agradable.

Quiet street, great view, fully equipped

We had such a nice stay and were really happy with the house. Clean, cozy, fully equipped, wonderful terasses and nice pool. Any question at all were answered swiftly by John. The walk to Burriana beach is steep downhill, but a nice walk nonetheless. The neighbourhood were very nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent séjour

Belle villa avec une cuisine équipée neuve avec tout le nécessaire. Deux grandes chambres et une moyenne joliment décorées , avec une literie confortable et propre. Un grand salon . Toutes les pièces sont équipés d'un climatiseur et d'un ventilateur. Une piscine entretenue et propre en face d'une terrasse avec 4 longues chaises et un salon de jardin. Le quartier est calme situé dans les hauteurs de Nerja. La vue est imprenable sur la terrasse de la chambre, vue sur la ville et la mer. La résidence est sécurisée pour les enfants avec des grilles qui se ferment pour l'accès à l'extérieur et aux terrasses. La communication avec John est excellente. Il est bienveillant et réactif. Je recommande cette location surtout pour les familles avec enfants.

Great villa in Nerja

We spent 1,5 weeks (4 adults and 2 older children) in this villa which is just as described. Wonderful outdoor area where you find both sun and shade together with a very nice pool. Contact with John was easy throughout the booking and stay. We walked down to Nerja center every evening for dinner and then took taxi back because it's very much uphill walking back (taxi is very cheap). Only item to improve are the air conditioner timers that can be set to max 2 hours which forced us to go up in the night few times to press the timer when it got to warm in the bedrooms.

A very comfortable house in an excellent position to visit Nerja

This is a comfortable, modern and attractive house in a residential development just on the outskirts of Nerja, but only five minutes' drive to excellent beaches, shops and the old town centre. The house has air-conditioning, a modern kitchen and a small pool, all in very good condition. WE really enjoyed our stay here and found the owner easy to contact and helpful.

Lovely villa in a peaceful area

We enjoyed our stay here last month. The villa catered well for a family of three with a young baby. Excellent WiFi and the English tv channels were a bonus allowing us to watch the Rugby World Cup games! We were very lucky with the weather and we were able to enjoy the sunshine on the terrace for the whole day. The air conditioning (although we didn’t need it) is a real bonus too. We would recommend that the mattresses are upgraded on the beds - my husband has had a couple of back operations a few years ago and struggled with sleep at night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Great family holiday

This was our first family holiday with our 7 month old and this villa was perfect. It has absolutely everything you would need (even a hand blender for purées). The pool area is very private and has beautiful views of Nerja. We hired a car and it’s a quick 5 min drive into the town but there’s also a regular bus service that runs a few minutes walk from the villa. There are a couple of nice restaurants very closeby for lunch / dinner or Burriana beach is about a 20 min walk with lots of places to eat. Communication with John was great and he was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family trip!

Beautiful Nerja

Wow what a lovely relaxing time my family and I had at this beautiful villa in a beautiful location. I have no negatives about this villa, we had everything we could have needed.. stunning views, stunning weather in a stunning place.. my daughters absolutely loved the pool , perfect size for the three of them to enjoy, also loved the outdoor shower to use before and after using the pool.. the villa offers everything you could possibly need. Outdoor loungers, outdoor seating to enjoy evening dinners. A dishwasher perfect for when you eat in, the kitchen is stunning, minimal clean and perfect. Nerja and the surrounding areas are lovely to explore but definitely with a car. Coming back up to the villa is a fair walk up specially when you go shopping. We have no negatives about this villa and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you to John, always perfect communication. Thank you for letting us enjoy your villa.
