“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“House bathrooms carpet walls were super dirty the house had an old smell never went away with air fresheners or our lotion or sprays didn’t fix it. Location was good . The decor was cute but that’s it … ”

“April answered questions quickly. 3 king beds and 2 queen were great for bringing multiple couples. Close proximity to the University of Memphis athletic facilities, our reason for travel. Enjoyed being able to spend time together in a comfortable environment.”
