Hotel con piscina a Nether Wallop

“Struttura maestosa e imponente immersa in un bellissimo parco con prati ben tenuti e alberi enormi Personale molto gentile e disponibile, Centro benessere e palestra ben forniti e curati Peccato per le camere, un pò piccoline e datate.”

“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

“Great hotel. Staff were good but let down with restaurant weekend staff that could have done more. I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know" Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame. In the end I didn't insist anymore as I felt will just add to my stress.”

“The only issue we had was when we finished our meal in the bar the plates and cutlery were not cleared from our table and were still on the table when we left the bar at the end of the evening”

“Not the easiest place to find on ‘maps’ but good directions provided by host (in future I will make direct contact with the host!!)”
