Very comfortable holiday home equipped with 5 bedrooms for maximum 9 people located on the heights of the village of Warmifontaine (Neufchâteau).

This 4-façade holiday house welcomes you for a pleasant stay with all the comforts! It is a 2005 construction located in a quiet residential area with a pavement, plenty of parking space (4-5 cars) and a garage.

The front and back of the house offer a nice view of the surrounding countryside.

Its private garden of 800 m² is oriented to the south and west to enjoy the sun all day long.

Carefully furnished, it is the guarantee of an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Ardennes.

Very beautiful interior decoration and super functional, nothing is missing! Everything has been thought out to make you feel at home! The living space consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area in the extension and a comfortable and bright lounge area. You will also find a superb wood stove that will warm up your evenings.

The layout is clever and makes the room pleasant to live in; no doubt that good family meals await you. You will also find a raclette machine, essential for any winter stay worthy of the name, and you will also have a De Longhi espresso coffee machine.
