This attic apartment is on the second floor of a detached apartment building with eleven residential units on a little residential complex, in the quiet and up-and-coming Baltic Sea town of Pelzerhaken at the end of a beach boulevard in a pedestrian zone with resident access only. There is a promenade right nearby with attractive shops and an ice cream café, as well as a pier, the beach and the sea. On the first row, by the fine sandy south beach in Pelzerhaken, looking towards the pier, you can enjoy the fully panoramic sea view over the Lübeck bay.
