“The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! ”

“Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. ”

“This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. “My niece and I were on an island-hopping vacation and hesitated to stay there with an understanding that it was isolated and cut off from everything. Although it is not in close proximity, it takes only 15 minutes and is definitely worth the ride. We had the time of our lives and totally enjoyed Koi Resort for so many great things. “The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!”

I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!!
