“We got stuck due to Venezuela President Capture all flights shut down. I was able to book on hotels.com and then I called the number to confirm my booking from airport lobby. They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldn’t get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one!
