“I had an issue with check in and the bathroom shower. At check in, my card was charged 3x’s and an unnecessary fee was added. We stayed in a loft room and when you took a shower, the tub was filling up like a bath at the same time. Price & location was good. Not sure if I’ll stay there in the future.”

“This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again.”
