“The staff working when I arrived were very sweet and they even wanted to make sure I got my points for my stay. The property and room were very clean! I only stayed one night, but had zero issues and felt very safe. Location is amazing too! Very close to Millenia Mall and surrounding food/shops. There’s also a Wawa in the same parking lot/plaza and it’s very convenient. Would definitely stay again!”

“The staff was grreat and the hotel is very well kept and it looks more beautiful than in photos. However my only complaint was the breakfast, it can honestly be so much better. I've been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast.”

“Arrived early and couldn’t get us checked until 3, which was fine. Double rooms weren’t ready. $30 for valet parking, $25 self parking. Don’t use the restaurant. Room and bathroom was clean. No issues during the stay. ”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”
