Cottage a New Braunfels

“We made the last minute decision to drive up from Houston for Mothers Day. This property was absolutely perfect for us. So easy to book, add on days, check in was easy, and unit was so comfortable and clean! Just minutes from everything. We will most definitely be back. And have already sent the listing to our favorite friends and family lol! ”

“The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen...

“We stayed here for a family vacation during spring break. House was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the space we had especially the backyard. We used the hot tub and fire pit. Sat out the decks every morning ”

“Parking was pretty narrow at the Ruth and under and around a lot of trees. Toilet had hardly any water flow to refill the tank and made it difficult to use with two people.Guest policy would prevent me from using this property unless we could get approval. Family lives close by and to be hit with a 500 fine to have them stop by for a visit would be a problem. There was a BBQ, Picnic Table and numerous outside chairs but no visitor could sit in them - weird. Overall the property met our needs...
