- Full bathroom with walk in shower

- Kitchenette featuring a regular coffee maker, toaster, full size fridge, oven/stove (no dishwasher and no ice maker)

- Living area with TV

- Washer/dryer provided!

- Wood-burning Fire pit (BYO firewood. Note: There are two fire pits located on the property that are shared between Ludwig Haus (the main house) and Telegraph Station Studios. Please be courteous and respectful when using these shared amenities so that all guests can enjoy them.)

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Comal County On August 20, 2026, Commissioners Court issued Order #570 which prohibits outdoor burning starting Friday, August 21, 2026, at 6:00 AM : Comal County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

- This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with a 25 - 45 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.
