Con più di 300 'di Guadalupe River Frontage Access, questa casa è il luogo perfetto fiume! Situato sulla River Road a Cliff View tra l'incrocio 2 ° e 3 °, questa casa ha una splendida vista delle alte scogliere, ed è a pochi passi dal bellissimo fiume Guadalupe. La "spiaggia privata" è un luogo perfetto per il sole, salone, nuotare, o semplicemente rilassarsi e guardare la gente galleggiante da! Inizia la tua destra galleggiante alla vostra porta di casa (in affitto tubo accanto) ... mettere in un massimo flusso e tubo di uscita di un numero di posti lungo il fiume che offrono il servizio navetta di nuovo! Sia che si sta guardando le capre si mescolano sulle 400 ft scogliere al mattino, o guardare le stelle sul ponte spaziosa fronte la sera ... si è sicuri di godere il vostro soggiorno in questa 3 letto / 3 bagno di casa a Cliff View.
Per l'intrattenimento serale con musica dal vivo presso il vicino Greune Hall, White Water Anfiteatro, o il River Road ghiacciaia. Downtown New Braunfels è a soli 20 minuti di distanza.

Our bad experience was that the bed sheets were dirty; they only made the beds, but the pillows, pillowcases, and sheets were dirty. I had to wash them because they had saliva stains on the pillows and sheets. I spent 4 hours washing them."Not fun," I was very disappointed.The road to get there is winding; I don't recommend it if you have to drive at night. The stay itself was quite good, and the river is nearby. I called VRBO with not results

Great Location

Great house, perfect location to the river, will definitely be back. Only thing that needs tweaking is the gate ti get out. Everyone in complex was having issues going out. 😊

Annual family vacay

The house is awesome. We had 4 teenagers and the distance to the river was perfect. The owner was excellent, checked in on us and responses were almost immediate! Housekeeping could be a little better. Floors needed a deep mopping and all bedding including quilts and blankets needed washing. Having the washer and dryer was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend

My daughter graduated from TXST so decided to stay at this rental instead of a hotel, best decision. It was quiet and secured (unit is located in a small gated area with a few other condos) great place for my family to relax before and after the graduation. We enjoyed having our own area at the river, can float and get picked up pretty close.. next door tubes if needed. Will definitely return.

Great location!!!!

This property is situated on River Road in a PERFECT location with beautiful scenic views of a giant cliff! Our stay was overall wonderful. The host was great and very responsive, easy to talk to. The first night was a hot one since the AC had trouble catching up, but that’s expected due to Texas heat in July! Cleanliness could’ve been a little better. Everything else about the property was great and just as expected. The river is just a small walk from the house. It is a beautiful place to hang out. I would probably stay here again. It was appropriate for the bachelorette trip for my daughter and her friends!

Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, had all of what we needed as far as kitchen and grilling goes. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus, no one wants to go home with dirty clothes! Our kids ranging from ages 20/17/8/7/7 loved the bunk room it gave them the time to do some much needed time together! The location was great and have access to the river right down the hill was perfect for us! We made tons of memories here and will keep this little gem in our pocket for future visits!

Comfortable Stay with Great River Access

Our group included two families with children ages 6-8, and this house was just right for our stay. The home was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room, and we all enjoyed the collection of classic VHS tapes for movie nights. The front porch had a great view of the cliffs, and the home’s A/C worked very well. We ended up driving our vehicle to the complex’s beach since we had several floats to haul. The River access was awesome! We parked on the well-kept caliche parking area and were able to walk right into the water. We stuck to the shallower areas of the river, but there were deeper sections a little further downstream. Tanya, the host, was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo but...

Overall it was a great place to stay to float the river. My only complaint would be the roaches. Not horrible but at night we would see 1 or 2 of them. One was in the utensil drawer. Id stay here again but only after looking into other spots first. It was nice and big for our friends and family

Both positive and negative characteristics--Adequate Overall

Our family of four adults and four teens stayed at this place for seven nights, and overall it was relatively clean (with exceptions listed below), close to river and adequate for our stay. On the positive side: * two large bathrooms with lots of counter space (granite) * large master bedroom with good mattress * large kitchen with granite counters * new washer and older dryer that works well *excellent air conditioner * lots of shampoo/conditioner/laundry soap/dishwasher soap/dishwashing soap *lots of parking *pretty large front patio *within walking distance of Cap's where you can rent tubes On the negative side: * no view of the river at all (view from porch is of house opposite and front gate/road) * only two bathrooms are on the second floor with the bedrooms (third bathroom is on the bottom floor by itself) * all condos in this addition have open porches on the second floor that are close to one another---you can hear everything coming from the porches of the nearby houses including talking and music * the interior is very dated and some furnishings need to be replaced such as squeaky barstools, highly worn couch and loveseat, and bedding. Queen mattress in small bedroom has a trench in the center, so both people roll to the center. *there is only one couch and a love seat in the living area near the only large television in the unit--more seating would have been helpful. *upon arrival, patio area on second floor including tables and chairs had not been cleaned--food present on patio rugs and table. Additionally, two of the chairs around the table were unusable because they lean so far back (springs are worn out) and the cushions on the two love seats on the porch do not fit that furniture at all which makes sitting on them less than ideal. *Fridge and freezer are nice and pretty new, but ice maker had not been cleaned out prior to arrival and contained large chunk of ice (possible water leak in ice maker). *Several people in our group reported seeing cockroaches in the condo. *Food such as canned goods were left in pantry, but so was flour which does not seem like a good idea with multiple people coming in and out of the condo. Overall, it was fine for our stay, but in our opinion the quality of the condo did not justify the price that we paid, and although it is a short walk/drive to the river, that location did not compensate for that quality.

Fabulous Riverfront Property for Family Fun
