  • Comal Haus ha davvero tutto! Questa bella casa spaziosa si trova proprio nel cuore di tutte le grandi cose che New Braunfels ha da offrire. La casa si trova direttamente sul fiume Comal tra le riprese della metropolitana e l'uscita pubblica. Schlitterbahn si trova direttamente dall'altra parte del fiume. Comal Haus può ospitare comodamente 30 persone. Vogliamo che tutti si divertano a stare fuori tanto quanto noi, quindi abbiamo aggiunto un ponte di 2000 piedi quadrati con vista sul fiume. Il ponte è accompagnato da una grande cucina all'aperto e un'area bar / ritrovo con TV a grande schermo e posti a sedere al bar. Se ti sei divertito un po 'troppo fuori, la grande sala di intrattenimento al piano superiore è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata in acqua.
    Sia che tu voglia nuotare nell'acqua cristallina, fare shopping in centro, mangiare qualcosa nei numerosi ristoranti del centro, fare una partita in un bar, fare un giro in auto nella storica Gruene o semplicemente RELAX, questa è la casa che fa per te. Offriamo tutti i comfort di casa con pochi extra!

Was perfect for our large family of 19. Great River access, close to Schlitterbahn. Kitchen was well equipped, gameroom and bbq area was nice, but we feel was a little overpriced.

We've stayed at Comal Hause before and always return. Super convenient location (everything within walking distance of 2 to 3 blocks). Back deck is a great place to people watch!

Great house and location

House is right on the river and close to Schlitterbaun and restaurants. House itself is spacious with great spaces to hang out both indoors and outdoors. Property manager was extremely responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Trip!

This property was everything and more! All of my friends loved the house and we were able to have amazing memories! Plenty of bedrooms, owner was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for large groups!

Fantastic Stay

We visited with my extended family with kids ranging 2 to 10. Great house to relax enjoy nature and New Braunfels. Would love to come back when its warmer to enjoy the river access! There was plenty to keep us busy for 4 days.

Family Trip

We came in from Denver Colorado to enjoy schlitterbahn and floating the river. We had a blast and the house was awesome location. The house had everything we needed as we grilled every night. Great for entertaining a big party. There is a shallow part of river the kids played in right next to house. Great time. Will come back.

Nice party place

We enjoyed our stay. Great place to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. Very roomy and beautiful view. However, communication regarding parking was inaccurate and the fact that parking was limited wasn’t communicated until 2 days prior to stay. Some beds didn’t have top sheets which was odd. The party room wasn’t the cleanest it could have been. The fact that we could drop our items off prior to check in was a great help.

Great house

The home has tons of supplies and amenities… One of the best I’ve ever seen. If you don’t find what you need, keep looking. It’s a big house. Everything is there. One of the best things about this house is that it has very few stairs to get to the bedrooms on the main floor. Most of the new Braunfels houses Have a lot of stairs which are really difficult for older people and a big family reunion group. This one was fabulous. Very accessible.

Family Fun

Our Family of 13 rented this house and it was just perfect! We loved the latter down to the river! Its not as scary as it first looks! You NEED TO BRING FOLDING CHAIRS to put out by the latter in the river to watch kids if you have family with you! We had a Chef come for my birthday dinner and that was really fun! One more suggestion- Bring SMALL BLOWER to blow off berries each morning! You cant do without the lovely trees for shade but the berries can be tracked in the house and everywhere! So a small blower packed or just use water hose each morning! HUGE HOUSE WITH tons of bedrooms and mattress were really good!

Nice place to stay!

The house is very easy to get to, and has plenty of parking. We enjoyed the deck, where we played cards, talked and watched the river. There’s really not anyplace, yard, for little ones (3-11years) to play, except the driveway. The upstairs loft/sleeping area is very spacious and nice, but tends to get very warm. The A/C is controlled and monitored off the property, so adjusting the air (below 70) is forbidden. There are signs posted everywhere to NOT turn the A/C below 70*. If you do, it gets shut off for a day. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi, but after great communication with the owners, they came over and fixed it. The kitchen is spacious, where we enjoyed preparing a yummy family dinner together. The ‘Party Room’ has a bar, refrigerator, microwave and that’s about it. There is an outdoor tv next to a big picnic table that we enjoyed. The access to the river is off the back deck, down a metal spiral ladder that looked a little scary. The side gate (that had a sign leading to the river) off the deck was zip tied shut, so there’s no getting out that way. You have to walk out the front door to the street and walk down the side of the house. Check-in for this property is 4:00pm, so by the time you get in, explore the house and get supplies, it’s bed time. Check-out is 11:00am sharp! The neighborhood and surrounding area is very charming, and the owners were helpful with the WiFi. We’d probably stay at this property again, if the weather was much cooler (outside temp was muggy and warm, inside was even warmer with 17 people and not being able to cool the house a little) and it was just adults. We still give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Good for large groups

Had a group of 30 everyone had a great time. The house is located in a good part of the comal river. 2nd time staying at the property Really recommend this house will definitely be back again.

Plenty of room for great fun!

We had an amazing time! Of course we overpacked not realizing the house was fully loaded with all the necessities to enjoy the river! We even had everything we needed to cook large meals. Patio was great! Outdoor space was great! Easy access to the river!
