Comfortable Family Gathering 4B2B with Hot Tub RV LOT

Great outdoor space and spacious 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom house sits on 10 AC beautiful land and is centrally located in New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake, Wimberley and San Macro. Quiet and private but close everything. Just a hop, skip and a jump to I-35.
One king; two queen; two full, sleeps 10 people comfortably. Giant yard and spacious hot tub for 8 people easily. Perfectly for family gatherings; Very private and unlimited parking.
We are about 7 miles north of New Braunfels; Three Exits North to the Premium Outlets, and two Exits South to the Creekside Shopping Center, where there is also an H-E-B Plus; gourmet and family Grocery.

Great house and host

We've stayed here twice now for our event. The location can't be beat for us and the house is perfect! The hosts are incredibly response and nice. The rooms work out great for us each year too. Thanks for a great stay, again.

Great home a few minutes from New Braunfels

Eight of us stayed very comfortably in the home. Host was super responsive and helpful. We loved the hot tub, ac, wifi, and plentiful towels. Easy check in and check out. We definitely recommend!

Quiet getaway

The home was larger than expected. Had plenty of room for our family, including two young kids with lots of energy. Plenty of open yard space. One grandkid said he wanted to stay in his new house, didn’t want to leave it. Out in a country environment, even had a few deer show up one evening. The host was easy to communicate. Would definitely stay here again!

Friends Getaway

This place was perfect for a group of 7 of us. The highlight was seeing a group of deer and even a fawn!! The place was clean and had a good layout for a fun night in. We had a couple complaints but nothing to where we wouldn’t come back. The host appreciated the feedback and said they would work on it.

50th Birthday Celebration

Perfect Weekend Getaway for my 50th. Had 6 people, had more than enough room! Location was great, easy to get to Wimberly and Gruene Owner very nice and responsive! Was the first set of guest so was asked what could help make stay better and my group mentioned a microwave since the house did not have one, 3 hours later a new one was delivered! Having coffee watching the deer every morning was so enjoyable! They even brought a happy birthday card with a Starbucks gift card for me!
