3/3 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd Master: King. 3rd bedroom loft: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No smoking. 2 Dogs allowed under 40lbs, $25 per day per dog. MUST BE 25 to rent. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Gruene's newest Resort Community boasting beautiful new condo's, private parking, half mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.

This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Great place, management company was awful

We were supposed to receive an email with check-in instructions, and when we arrived we had not received that email. Instead, we received an email with our receipt attached. We then called the office and received the after hours answering service. They paged the on-call person who informed them that they were no longer on-call and could not help. So we were sitting in front of our rental with no way to get in. The property manager was really snippy in a text message to me because she thought she had already sent the instructions. When I asked her to resend the instructions because I had not received them, she replied I should check my junk folder. I did, of course, before I even reached out. Other than the horrible management response, and lack of access to them, the property was great.

This property was perfect for our get together. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is a must for 6 people and there’s was plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and cozy. Great location to town but not too close to hear all the noise.

the location we stayed at was great - we had access to all sorts of fun activities - pool, cute and fun shops, comal & guadalupe river. Wish we had more time to explore, but overall was a great time. We stay there again if we are in the area again. Only downfall was the condo was on the upper level. Would request a lower condo for easier access with little kids.

This location is easy to Gruene Hall or to the highway and other floating parks. Still very impressed with the condo. Spacious, clean, comfortable felt like home. We will rent here again.

Great Condo close to downtown Gruene

Excellent option for a larger family or up to 3 couples. Very clean and modern. King sized beds in the two master suites were very comfortable. It’s down the hill from downtown Gruene so unless your comfortable walking up/down the hill, recommend renting a golf cart. Also short walk to the river and tube rentals.

Location, Location

The property was great! However, it is advertised as walking distance to Gruene Hall. Technically this is true. However, the walking route has no sidewalks or other separation from the busy roadway, making it unsafe for small children or older adults to walk along most of the route. We had to drive and find parking each time we went to Gruene.

There were not enough plates to accommodate our party of 8 and the toaster did not work. The dishwasher was hard to turn on.
