The Space:

There are a few stairs to get to the condo, but there is a ramp as well for easy access. Private Gated pool and river for guest access, there is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk. (Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.)

Short walk to Schlitterbahn and nearby restaurants



Getting Around:

You can easily walk to some restaurants that are nearby or bring a car and travel to the heart of New Braunfels



Other Things to Note:

There are 2 parking passes hanging on the coat hanger behind the front door. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle has to be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands in the bowl as soon as you walk in the condo. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. Security comes by and checks them often. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate so we provide enough wristbands for your stay.



No pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome with documentation.
