This 3 bedroom and 1 bath duplex is the perfect Canyon Lake getaway. Enjoy views from the outdoor deck as well as plenty of deck space to entertain. With Canyon Lake only minutes away Mimi’s Place is centrally located to many lake favorites for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and swimming. With a large drive, there is plenty of room to park trailers for boats or other watercraft. Extra Bonus: Pets are welcome for an additional fee*

This laid back Canyon Lake home will sleep up to seven guests comfortably and offers plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Relax in a warm and inviting family room, with plenty of seating to include a comfortable sofa. Watch a movie on the large screen television, or cozy up on a winter's night at the wood burning fireplace. This home offers a well established kitchenette complete with microwave, refrigerator, hotplate, blender, steamer, electric skillet, and a Keurig coffee maker, just enough appliances to prepare simple meals for family or friends. Enjoy meals at the table indoors or on the deck area that offers plenty of dining or seating. Freshen up in the shower/tub bathroom that is also home to the laundry room. With three bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Two bedrooms offer a queen size bed with comfortable linens, and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed (full over twin) and twin futon bed.

Escape to your own private Tiki Lounge, this outdoor space offers endless hours of fun with a tropical feel. Plunge into the above ground swimming pool, or relax on the outdoor lounge furniture with your favorite tropical beverage. Grill favorites on your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Enjoy a game of corn hole or Marco polo. For those who are traveling with their little furry friends, there is a fenced area. Spend evenings stargazing and melting marshmallows at the fire pit in the front yard. With so many amenities, entertaining outdoors will be effortless.
