NUOVO ELENCO PREZZI INTRODUTTIVI !!

Bella casa residenziale con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni recentemente ristrutturata dall'altra parte della strada dal lago Dunlap (la diga si è rotta a maggio 2019, quindi il lago è vuoto, il fiume Guadalupe lo attraversa ora). Le foto scattate nel dicembre 2019 riflettono il livello dell'acqua in quel momento. Questa casa ha un molo sul lago, afferra alcuni tubi e dal fiume Bend (appena in cima alla strada) galleggia fino al molo che è a circa 30 minuti (a seconda del livello dell'acqua). Il molo è anche il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un bicchiere di vino o il caffè del mattino. Questa casa è a soli 5 miglia dal centro di New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn e il fiume Comal!

Soggiorno molto spazioso con divano letto, poltrona reclinabile, enorme poltrona a sacco e posti a sedere ad angolo aggiuntivi. WIFI gratuito e smart TV (senza cavo). Fai qualche passo nella cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort di casa. Tavolo da pranzo con 4 posti a sedere. La seconda zona giorno ha 2 comode sedie a dondolo e una Smart TV. Bagno per gli ospiti situato convenientemente fuori dalla cucina con facile accesso dalle 2 camere da letto. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale a castello. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, Smart TV e bagno privato con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Il ponte coperto rustico è il posto dove stare con posti a sedere e una griglia a propano. Enorme cortile con pozzo del fuoco e trampolino per i bambini o semplicemente guardare le stelle. Proprio dall'altra parte della strada c'è l'ingresso del lago privato con dock. E la parte migliore è che puoi portare il tuo amico di pelliccia !! Gli ospiti devono avere almeno 25 anni per effettuare una prenotazione e devono soggiornare presso la struttura. Questa struttura accetta animali domestici con un massimo di 2 animali domestici a $ 25 al giorno per animale domestico. Animale domestico non superiore a 40 libbre. Si prega di notare che il cortile non è recintato.
Non fumare, niente feste. Non sono ammessi rimorchi, camper o camper. Nessuna griglia portatile o fiamme libere. Casa adatta alle famiglie senza tolleranza per comportamenti scorretti. River Vacation

The home was able to accommodate our party of ten. Then living room areas are separated by the kitchen which allowed for privacy. The house is furnished with plenty of utensils and cookware but you will need to bring your own seasonings. Overall, the location was centrally located and the house met our basic needs.

Graduation weekend

We came down with 6 adults for college graduation weekend. This place gave us the space we needed and the ability to bring our dog along. This place was perfect for what we needed. Lots space, nice covered patio.

Overall OK, but that heat

First, I would like to say that overall our experience was pretty favorable. The top items: -90% of the house was a comfortable temperature. -spacious area for games with fam -guest rooms served well -backyard was spacious as well -grill worked -had river access Opportunities -master bedroom and bathroom were not ventilated well (couldn’t use until corrected) -took two days of back/forth to get action out of management (did supply an AC unit on third day) -floors had not been mopped in a while (horribly dirty feet) -hope you are not the one left to sleep on the sofas

Nice size and clean.

Master bedroom bed is so hard we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch bed. Weirdly it was more comfortable then the actual bed. Trash can in garage still has trash in it from past visitors with diapers in it. (We had no babies). Also trash on dock is completely full. We really couldn’t get into the water because the visitors directly across the street had the access blocked with all their water toys. But all in all we had a great visit. Only real complaint we had was there wasn’t enough seating in the main living room for 7 of us to sit and visit.

Great family vacation

Beautiful home with easy access to the River. Owner even had kayaks and inner tubes for our use. Kayaks were a huge hit with the kids and grandkids. Home has every amenity you will need. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other activities.

It was okay..

I would have cancelled if I could have. I just don’t think this property should have been worth so much for a 3 night stay. I swept the floor and found a lot of white dog hair. I don’t see what the maids clean, you pretty much clean the place yourself all they have to do is wash everything. They don’t have a dishwasher so be prepared for that. I agree with the post before me that the rooms just weren’t big enough for sleeping 10 people and we had less people than that! The walk across to the river isn’t so bad. If you have children though you might want to accompany them as people drive like it’s a freaking highway on that street! It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful time

Overall we had a wonderful time. Didn't realize the property was so close to other properties from the looks of the pictures you couldn't really tell but once we got there the neighbors all kinda came out and welcomed us in right away. The people across the street by the dock were so sweet and knowledgeable and the man next door was very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Not enough bedroom and lot of pet hair

I have been to New Braunfels several times and stayed in various properties. First the property backside is not facing the River side. Posted Pictures are misleading. There is no fence and pets can run outside. Bedrooms are so small and mattress quality not great. No dishwasher and lot of pet hairs all over the place.

No thanks

Chose this property due to the proximity to the river, wi-fi access, and ability to sleep ten. While I will say the house is very nice and obviously newly renovated, there is just no way you could possibly comfortably sleep ten people. The master was nice and large, but the subsequent rooms were barely larger than a walk in closet. The other two rooms consisted of a bunk bed/dresser in each. While the bottom bunk was full size, there is no way that two normal sized adults / older children could sleep on the bottom. Counting those rooms as 3 person rooms is extremely misleading. The river access was a joke. To say it was a hazard / accident in the making is putting it mildly. There was no way I would allow my child to risk life and limb attempting to access the river via the treacherous path available. Lastly, one of the reasons for choosing the property was wi-fi access due to my work schedule. That lasted one night for a few hours. So, we packed up and left a day early. Definitely a huge disappointment to my kids that looked forward to the getaway for months.

Family Vacation

We stayed at the property for 6 nights. The house itself was well-kept and the AC worked really well. We were comfortable. Things to note: The house listing says it is wheel chair inaccessible but it does not describe the split level and the steep steps from the living area to the kitchen. My in laws are not in wheel chairs but the steps where a challenge. We figured it out, but I would suggest adding a little more detail to the description. We had a relaxing week and enjoyed the area.
