    Splendido condominio 3/2 al Village at Gruene Condominiums con splendida vista sul fiume Guadalupe e accesso diretto al fiume. A pochi passi dalla storica Gruene Hall! Questa unità ha tre camere da letto e due bagni che può ospitare 6 persone. Rio Hacienda si trova al piano superiore con un balcone che vanta una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Guadalupe, Texas Hill Country e splendidi tramonti. L'appartamento mostra arredamento occidentale di buon gusto che completa i colori ricchi in tutto. La camera da letto principale ha un grande letto matrimoniale, TV via cavo, accesso al balcone e bagno privato principale. Le due camere aggiuntive condividono un secondo bagno completo situato comodamente nella hall. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di servizi di dimensioni dell'hotel, asciugamani e due rotoli di carta igienica. La prima camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale con TV via cavo, e la seconda camera per gli ospiti ha due letti singoli. Lenzuola di alta qualità sono fornite per tutti i letti e bagni. C'è anche una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice nell'unità. L'accogliente soggiorno e la cucina vi faranno sentire come a casa!

    Il complesso dispone di ascensori per un facile accesso alla vostra unità e anche a una piscina comunitaria. Una passerella di cemento sul fiume ti aspetta con griglia a carbone e tavoli da picnic. C'è un accesso diretto al fiume, e gli outfitters a valvole, come Rockin 'R, sono a meno di tre isolati di distanza! Non perdere ciò che la storica città di Gruene ha da offrire a pochi passi dal condominio. Ascolta musica dal vivo, balli, ottimo cibo, negozi e negozi di antiquariato durante il tuo soggiorno. Goditi le spettacolari viste sul fiume dal tuo balcone privato! Gli ospiti devono avere almeno 25 anni per effettuare una prenotazione e devono soggiornare presso la struttura. Don't be alarmed by the exterior of the property when you pull up that it is dated because the unit itself has been upgraded and it's in great condition. It's in a perfect location and you can walk to everything

Perfect location to experience Gruene!

Wanted to fully enjoy Gruene. View was spectacular, sunset did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a girls’ weekend.

Wonderful location. We never had to get back in the car once we parked at the property. We enjoyed going to sit by the river. So close to shops and food. We’ll be back.

This property was awesome, the condo was clean, well kept and had everything we needed! The location is prime for patio happ ping, listening to music, shopping etc! You never have to drive if you choose! Wonderful experience !

PERFECT!

Four of my friends and I stayed at this beautiful property. It was extremely clean, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. Plenty of seating in living area and balcony. View from the third floor was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. Walking distance to Gruene Hall, restaurants and shops. Tubing rentals very close by - Rockin R River Rides. We never left Gruene all weekend. We didn't want to leave. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location

My friend and I stayed in this condo for the weekend we attended a music event at Gruene Hall. Wonderful location! We parked the car on Friday and didn’t get back in until Sunday. Everything was so comfortable! My only suggestion would be to update/improve a few things in bathrooms…shower heads, mats in tubs, and shower curtains…to give it a clean feel like the rest of condo! Overall, a wonderful experience!

You should just note that the twin beds have plastic mattress protectors and pillow cases, so not ideal for adults. The other 2 bedrooms are great, though.

Lot's of great shops restaurants and entertainment nearby. The rental itself was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The views from the patio are awesome, day and night. Perfect for 2 couples or small groups. We will definitely consider renting again. Love the area.
