La nostra casa ha 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, una grande cucina abitabile e una cucina esterna completa al piano inferiore. Siamo la casa n. 1, proprio in prima fila. Esci dalla porta principale verso l'area picnic o salta a destra nel fiume.

River Road Villas (la suddivisione in cui ti troverai) si trova sul fiume Guadalupe, a 20 minuti dal centro di New Braunfels su River Road tra il secondo e il terzo fiume. Goditi la vista panoramica e gli oltre 100 piedi di fronte al fiume direttamente davanti alla tua porta!

Noleggio Tube e il servizio navetta è fornito della porta accanto. Puoi entrare nel fiume qui e uscire in una varietà di luoghi su e giù per il fiume e tornare nella proprietà.

Inoltre, se ti piace la musica dal vivo, la nostra casa si trova a breve distanza da River Road Ice House e Gruene Hall. Best place to stay on the river!

This house had everything we needed. But, the greatest thing about it is you are steps away from the river, you can watch your children playing in the river from the cabin and you can float right up to the cabin from you floating the river trip. We will be returning next Summer!!!

Good Location and setup for families

We enjoyed the house and being right on the river. Outdoor kitchen was great and even had a tv. Wish there were more skillets and knives, but otherwise stocked. One bedroom and bath are on the first floor and the master has an ensuite bath. The other 2 bedrooms which have the most beds share one bath. Good setup for 2 families.

Great cabin and great location!

We make this trip every year, and this location on the river is by far our favorite spot. This cabin is perfect for soaking up all the beauty and fun the Guadalupe has to offer, and the rental experience was top notch. We will definitely be returning again next year. Thank you for having us!

Always a Blast!

This is the second time we stayed in the Villas. We rented both Villa #1 and #2 because we have a large group of friends. The Villa was very clean and as a bonus, the linens on the beds were provided. Previously, everyone had to bring their own, so that was a nice upgrade. I would highly recommend staying here and will do it again. Thanks!

Good location for large gatherings

As far as location goes, it's great. The house backs to the river and has a shared backyard for the 10 unit gated community. The downside was that you had to bring everything with you, which made packing that much heavier. The photos should be updated with no pillows and blankets on the bed since that's not provided. You have to bring kitchen towels, hand towels, all your linens, hand soap, literally everything. And the kitchen amenities there were not the best and barely operable. The patio is the best part for hanging out and relaxing. However, when we arrived the outside was still dirty with trash cans filled with standing water and trash on the ground. If there are maids at the house, they should also tend to the outside. The communication was great and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely book again, but not a huge fan of having to bring basic amenities like sheets, towels and soap.

River Fun with Friends

Great River Rental

Nice large home with plenty of room for everyone to stay. It rained a couple times over the weekend, but with the large covered patios, outdoor kitchen, and covered carport, there was plenty of room to be outside and still have fun. Definitely will be coming back!

This is the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and accommodated our group of 14 well. The downstairs kitchen was great for cooking while enjoying the scenic view. Looking out on the water from the front porch is so serene and the river is just a few steps away. The host communicated promptly to all of our questions. We can’t wait to stay again!
