Motel a New Braunfels

“Need better breakfast everyone always gives pancakes if we had better breakfast we would of stayed longer and the sun is very hotel a cover over the pool to counteract that would be great to use all day but it’s hot couldn’t get in til 6 pm and on. The room needs to be requested to have the ac on also when you get there it doesn’t feel good coming from all that heat to have to wait for your room to get cold that’s what reservations are for it meant we were coming I wanted a cold room.”

“There was a bullet hole right beside the bed. There was something slimy all over the head bored. Cockroaches everywhere! Definitely needs better carpet or a deep deep clean!”

“The room was clean and ac was super cold. The floor was getting wet or something. Next door they were working on the toilet and the water might have gotten to my room. Overall was nice for the price.”

“Roaches, door's don’t close properly, shows pics they serve breakfast they don’t, we asked for a non- smoking room and both rooms reeked of smoke and their were burnt holes in the curtains from it being a smoke room”

“The toilet got clogged the 1st night we got there . There wasn’t any type of hospitalization as we checked in”

“It was musty; not enough wash cloths, wifi did not work. Hotel is too old, needs upgrades or remodeling. ”
