“This spot was beautiful. Very clean and super comfy. The extra care that was taken to leave "house slippers", cozy blankets, and a bottle of wine and snacks, was above and beyond expectations! The black out curtains were also a definite bonus for those sleep in mornings. Having a dedicated parking space in back along with plenty of street parking made getting in and out of the apartment convenient. I would definitely stay again if the dates are available and the opportunity presents itself....

“Upon arrival the bi-level property seemed clean. There were tons of rules that I have not experienced at higher end hosted properties. The railings were very wobbly as we walked up the concrete stairs. The dryer vent was clogged which they had someone fix. The vent was just cleared out. The dryer vent is one that could catch on fire.The hosts attention to detail is clearly lacking. The neighborhood is a little on the sketchy side. “This charming apartment was exactly as described and even better in person. I traveled solo to be near family for the weekend and the location couldn't have been any more perfect. Mark had everything possible there to make a comfortable home away from home. The house is just about a 4 minute walk to shopping and restaurants yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I did not cook meals in the adorable kitchen, but easily could have because everything in the way of utensils, dishes,,...

“Excellent communication from the host, and the house was everything we were hoping for and more. Extremely clean, easy check-in process, and no issues whatsoever during our stay. Tons of little touches that really made a difference, including fresh filtered water in the refrigerator, ample spices & seasoning, plenty of dishware, options for bedding, etc. Everything that you could need is provided. We enjoyed our weekend stay and will definitely look to use this property for future visits. ...

“The house was exactly like described in the ad, it was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, nicely furnished even the kitchen accessories, although we did not use much because our stay was short and was not at the house all that much. Only concern i had was with host but it really was not a big deal, i asked a couple questions about a few items but never got an answer. But overall would rent again, very satisfied and well priced. ”

“The bungalow is in a great location - close to I84 and West Hartford center. The kitchen had a lot of great appliances to make cooking easy. The coffee pot was a Keurig/carafe combo - which we really liked. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch. We would definitely stay her again!”
